Members of the Greenwich Police Department were dispatched to an Old Track Road home shortly after 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 15, where there was a complaint of a verbal argument between a man and woman in the area.

Police said that the investigation into the domestic incident determined that during the course of the argument, Greenwich resident David Kent Joslin, 48, broke his victim’s phone. According to police, Joslin refused to cooperate with officers at the scene and continued screaming at his victim, telling her not to talk to the officers.

Joslin was arrested and charged with criminal mischief, interfering with an officer, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. He was released on $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on Monday to answer the charges.
